Delivery and Installation Policy
- The delivery is made to the address specified by the customer at the time of purchase, provided that the customer’s area is within the regions approved for service.
- Additional shipping charges apply to certain areas in the Kingdom located more than 100 km away from major cities.
- The customer is fully responsible for any errors in providing the correct delivery address, including delivery to the wrong person, failed delivery attempts, and will be charged an additional fee of SAR 150 for each delivery direction.
- Provide a working phone number and ensure responsiveness to coordinate delivery. The customer is responsible if they fail to answer.
- The company can only deliver up to the third floor if the staircase space is suitable.
- Devices must be collected within two weeks from the invoice date unless a specific date was agreed upon at purchase.
- The company is responsible for installation only. The customer must prepare the site (plumbing, electricity, ventilation, etc.).
- Installing wooden doors on built-in appliances is the responsibility of the kitchen provider.
- The company representative will carry an invoice form to be signed upon delivery.
- Signature signifies receipt of complete and undamaged devices and absolves the company of further responsibility.
- Storage fee: 5% of device value per month for items uncollected within 30 days.
- If invoice is canceled after 30 days of storage, storage fees apply.
- No right to demand same items for unclaimed invoices after 30 days. The company may cancel, refund, or change items considering price differences and storage fee deductions.
