1. Delivery and Installation

  • The delivery is made to the address specified by the customer at the time of purchase, provided that the customer’s area is within the regions approved for service.
  • Additional shipping charges apply to certain areas in the Kingdom located more than 100 km away from major cities.
  • The customer is fully responsible for any errors in providing the correct delivery address, including delivery to the wrong person, failed delivery attempts, and will be charged an additional fee of SAR 150 for each delivery direction.
  • Provide a working phone number and ensure responsiveness to coordinate delivery. The customer is responsible if they fail to answer.
  • The company can only deliver up to the third floor if the staircase space is suitable.
  • Devices must be collected within two weeks from the invoice date unless a specific date was agreed upon at purchase.
  • The company is responsible for installation only. The customer must prepare the site (plumbing, electricity, ventilation, etc.).
  • Installing wooden doors on built-in appliances is the responsibility of the kitchen provider.
  • The company representative will carry an invoice form to be signed upon delivery.
  • Signature signifies receipt of complete and undamaged devices and absolves the company of further responsibility.
  • Storage fee: 5% of device value per month for items uncollected within 30 days.
  • If invoice is canceled after 30 days of storage, storage fees apply.
  • No right to demand same items for unclaimed invoices after 30 days. The company may cancel, refund, or change items considering price differences and storage fee deductions.

2. Returns and Exchanges

  • Allowed within 7 days of purchase if the device is in good condition with all accessories.
  • Defective devices may be returned/exchanged within 15 days of installation, if installed by the company or authorized distributors.
  • If return conditions are met, loyalty points, airline miles, vouchers, coupons, and gifts cannot be refunded but may be exchanged for items of equal or higher value.
  • Credit card purchases: refund through bank may take up to 14 business days. No cash refunds.

3. Warranty

  • Valid for 2 years from purchase date, per Ministry of Commerce regulations.
  • Covers repair of manufacturing defects, not device replacement.
  • Original spare parts are replaced during warranty; replaced parts are disposed of.
  • Service available only at authorized centers in the Kingdom.
  • Customer must show stamped warranty card or original invoice showing required details.
  • After warranty expires, inspection, maintenance, and spare parts costs apply.
  • Compressor warranty: 5 years, but does not cover visit, inspection, or Freon refill after general warranty ends.

4. External Maintenance

  • Home visit and diagnostic fee: 230 SAR (VAT inclusive).
  • Additional device during same visit: 115 SAR (VAT inclusive).
  • Mini fridges and standard hoods: 175 SAR per device (VAT inclusive).
  • Operating instruction visit: 57.5 SAR per device (VAT inclusive), if device was sold/installed outside the company.
  • Payment must be made before service begins through approved channels.
  • Repair warranty: 30 days for same issue on same device.

5. Internal Maintenance

  • 175 SAR (VAT inclusive) for all freestanding/built-in home and kitchen appliances.
  • 115 SAR for vacuum, standalone microwave, water dispenser, mini fridge, standard hood.
  • 57.5 SAR for kettle and grill.
  • Customer must present original receipt to collect repaired device.
  • Devices must be collected within 30 days; otherwise, the company may dispose of it.
  • 50% of inspection/maintenance fee must be paid in advance and will be deducted from the final cost.
  • No refund if customer declines repair.
  • Spare parts return/exchange allowed within 7 days if original and undamaged.
  • Electronic parts returnable within 3 days if unopened.

6. Installation and Dismantling Fees

  • If purchased from the company’s showrooms:
    • Free installation for all appliances within main cities where company has branches (except island range hood).
    • Island range hood installation: 345 SAR (VAT included).

7. Warranty Exclusions

  • Defects from lack of regular cleaning (pumps, filters, burners).
  • Misuse by the customer, determined by authorized technician.
  • Improper installation by unauthorized parties.
  • Damage from accidents or natural disasters.
  • Voltage fluctuations or electrical faults.
  • Filter or air conditioner cleaning, external/internal accessories not covered.
  • Discoloration, rust, or yellowing from chemical use or improper installation.
  • Commercial or industrial use voids warranty.
  • Repairs by unauthorized parties void warranty.
  • Scratched or altered invoice voids warranty.
  • No warranty without purchase invoice.
  • Fire or breakage due to misuse not covered.
  • No gas regulator or incorrect regulator installation (above 50 mbar / 5 kPa).
  • Lack of ventilation in built-in appliances as per catalog.
  • Parts sold from centers and installed externally not covered.
